A very well attended memorial concert for Pandit Ashok Roy took place in Melbourne on the 8th March 2025. The life of Panditji was suitably celebrated musically through the performance of khyal and thumri by artists who came especially from India to make the event so memorable and such as success. Indrani Mukherjee (vocal), Vinay Mishra (harmonium) and Apurba Mukherjee (tabla).
It is intended that this memorial concert will now become an annual event.
